INTRODUCING NEW ONLINE CLASSES FOR EMPLOYEES. COMING SOON!
Donna Bayless and Sharon Winter, co-owners of RightLane, have been speaking to live audiences about the importance of driver safety for many years, through employee training programs and their in-person traffic school in Franklin, Tennessee. Then came the covid shutdown. Travel was suspended, speaking engagements were postponed and courts started holding traffic court via Zoom. The world was changing and RightLane decided to change, too, with the development of a 4-Hour Online Traffic School that is certified by the Tennessee Department of Safety. Since launching the school in 2020, thousands of students have taken the class and reviews have been outstanding.

ONLINE CLASSES OFFERED
DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE FOR INCIDENT REMEDIATION
Covering all aspects of driving, from following distance to backing and distracted to drowsing driving, this class is segmented into 11 sections with multiple lessons, along with quizzes and a final test. The class is based on our state-certified, 4-hour Defensive Driving Course which has been taken by thousands of students. Taking three to four hours to finish, this Incident Remediation course can be completed over multiple days, and can be accessed by computer, tablet or mobile. Licenses to the class through our online training portal are managed by company-specific access codes and are sold in PO and budget friendly packages.
ONBOARDING CLASS: DEFENSIVE DRIVING IN A DANGEROUSLY DISTRACTED WORLD
Recreating our original in-person driver safety class “Defensive Driving in a Dangerously Distracted World” in an online video format, this class is designed to be used in the onboarding of new employees to set the expectation of safe driving from Day 1. The class will take 60-90 minutes to complete and can be accessed by computer, tablet or mobile. Licenses to the class through our online training portal are managed by company-specific access codes and are sold in PO and budget friendly packages.
20 MINUTE SAFETY VIDEO: 5 LESSONS FOR SAFE DRIVING
This short video is perfect for safety meetings. Statistically, there are four main causes of crashes across the U.S. – Speeding, Impaired Driving, Drowsy Driving and Distracted Driving. In this video we discuss three of these causes (excluding Impaired Driving) as well as the Top Complaints we universally hear about other drivers. The video is 21 minutes long, allowing time for a driving-related icebreaker before and discussion after. Facilitator documents are provided as part of the package.
